Our vision was to become a 2,100-hour firm by 2025 — not the 2,300+ hours most public accounting firms demand — and we’ve already achieved it. 

We work hard, efficiently, and always put clients first, but we balance that with a culture of connection, fun, and shared success. Our team genuinely enjoys being together — so much so that after COVID, everyone chose to return to the office sooner rather than later. We host firm-paid trips (spouses included), plan regular family events, and close on our office on Fridays in the summer. After April 15^th, we take an extended break to recharge. You’ll get to do what you love with amazing people — both clients and colleagues — without living in “work, work, work” mode.
